I wish my xanga entries were as cool as larissa's, but alas...they are not, and never will be. I'm a failure. So anyway, it's a friday night and I'm really boring so I'm staying home! I just watched this episode of Deal or No Deal and this woman Onka (I know...what a name) did not take $299,000. Then on her next turn she picked the million and kept losing and her offer plummeted to a measly $25,000 (which is measly in comparison to almost 300 grand, of course). I bet she felt like an idiot after that. Serves her right! Greed is not good people! This is why it is one of the seven deadly sins!! gosh.

So school is becoming a waste of my life at this point.  First period I went to the media center and surfed the web. Second period I had a bagel party and watched Good Will Hunting, which is a really good movie and I recommend it.  3rd period I played text twist on the laptops. Loretta is soooooo good it's insane.  If you only have 10 seconds left and you still have yet to get that impossible 6 letter word, just shout a holla to Loretta.  She'll figure it out and you'll move to the next level.  Loretta is the woman. 4th period was gym, which is also a waste of my life.  I am not just saying this because I hate gym...I used to love gym last year.  This year gym just blows and if you don't like ragball you're basically screwed.  WHAT HAPPENED TO BADMINTON??? That game brought me so much joy last year. *sigh* 5th period was lunch where we went outside in our fabulous senior court yard.  The weeds and uncut grass really make it feel homey. 6th period I went to the media center and guess what I did (5 bucks if you get it right)? I WENT ON THE LAPTOPS!!!! This time I played slime volleyball.  I'm pretty sick at that game, I'm not gonna lie.  So 7th period....BACK TO THE MEDIA CENTER!!!!! I just wanted to get this out there - I am obsessed with Mrs. Woods.  She is the coolest teacher ever <333~~~<33333. 8th period was chorus and I guess that was ok...I learned that i'm really not an alto but actually a soprano and I can hit high C's and all those juicy notes that mariah carey belts out in her songs.  So that's pretty cool I guess.

wait, why am I staying home on a friday night? This is ridiculous.  My life is becoming a waste. seriously.  So I'm excited for prom!! like....really really really excited!! I think it's going to be a lot of fun and I'm just really excited to get dressed up and attempt to look *sexy*  oh gosh....I can't dance. Well, I try to dance and do what I think looks cool, but I probably end up looking like an idiot. oh well, I'm white and I guess I have to learn to accept it. man, white people suck. Just kidding!

HAPPY 18th BIRTHDAY AMY!!! I LOVE YOU!

So I just thought i'd inform the *world* that I'm going to LEHIGH UNIVERSITY next fall and I'm pretty freaking excited!!! I'm going to be a mountain hawk, be intimdated. I'm so glad everyone is figuring out where they're going!! It's exciting, and pretty scary at the same time.  For so long I couldn't wait to graduate, and then last night it really hit me that it's going to be hard leaving high school and Montgomery.  As much as we all say that we hate it, it is our home.  It's the places where we made all our memories and made all of our friends.  So *friends* I'd just like to say that it's been real, and it's been fun, but it hasn't been real fun. that's what lehigh is for I guess. yeah beirut, what up? haha jk!!! Don't worry guys, I won't come back from college a party animal!! I'll still be the sweet, innocent, pure, and angelic laura that you have come to know and love. PSYCHE!
